How to use Wasan dressing and sauce.

04/28/2010

Here are some easy ways  to use  Wasan dressing and Wasan sauce.

(from left: Spicy sauce, Ginger sauce, White balsamic Natto dressing)

Spicy Sauce:

For a sushi roll, fried chicken, vegetable sticks and sandwiches.

This sauce is based on mayonnaise. Anything go with mayonnaise, it goes with.

Ginger sauce:

Sauteed beef, pork, chicken and salmon.

Please add this sauce almost end of saute.

You can put over the fried chicken.

We also recommend to put aforementioned ingredients on top of salad.

White Balsamic Natto dressing:

– For a cold pasta sauce. You also can put over a cold Udon noodle.

– Just put on top of Tofu.

– Dipping sauce for vegetable sticks.

– Go with Mozzarella cheese and Mascarpone cheese.

– Definitely not go with Bacon, fried chicken.

Today, April 24th Saturday, we are back in a street fair again.

We will try a real authentic Japanese food in a street fair.

It looks Oden, but not. Beef is not main in this dish, Daikon(raddish) is a main dish.  After one night sitting in beef broth, raddish gets tasty. It turns out be a soft and beef raddish.  Please try real Japanese food in our booth.

As always we will have 90 minutes-sold out croquette. Today we have cheese croquette and Nikujaga(肉じゃが) croquette.

And here are other new dishes:

Crispy fried fried calamari. Please choose spicy sauce or sweet & sour sauce.

This is for a salad lover: Tofu Salad with Natto(fermented beans) & balsamic dressing.
