Our chef Sakurai is on “American Dream Monthly Magazine”(アメリカン・ドリーム).
He talks about his history. “I got trained as a chef in Japan for 10 years. At the time he decided to move to NYC to improve his skill. He started to work at Inagiku in a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. And he became executive chef in 2008. ”
He continued to talk about his dream(open a restaurant soon) and his current work(catering) too. “You don’t need to go out. I’ll go there and cook a real authentic Japanese food. You can relax and enjoy it in your home. Our service is welcome from a small number of people like a home party to a big number like a company party.”
