We’re back in Murray Hill today.

Please come and enjoy our food.


Today’s menu line up is…..


Daikon radish with miso beef. Beef is not main, a Daikon radish is main dish.


Shrimp & tofu dumplings


A new item,”Corn croquet” and popular “Beef croquet”.


Many people love this, “BBQ pork bun”


Grilled salmon rice ball.


And we have “No wait dish”


Hijiki(black seaweed)


String beans with sesame paste.

Chef Kitagawa is on a Japanese magazine.

Our chef Kitagawa is on  “American Dream Monthly Magazine”(アメリカン・ドリーム).

He talks about his history. “My family run a restaurant in Japan. That’s why I got into cooking world. I have experienced many restaurant in NYC.”

He continues to talk about his dream(open a restaurant soon) and his current work(catering) too. “I got a lot of influences from people in NY, but I want to influence them in the future through my cooking.”

It was a very successful on last Sunday. Most of dishes were sold out again!


A lots of people came to see us and try our authentic Japanese food.

Thank you for coming and thank you for waiting until food is ready.

We might take longer than regular street food because our gourmet dishes are made to order.

We start cooking after you order.

That’s why we can make these dishes on a street.

A melting cheese croquette.

Our booth was near “David Letterman Show” studio.

Unfortunately he didn’t show up, but many Broadway people came to see us.
